I emailed Blackwood Florist at 10pm that night, completely stressed, asking if they could update the delivery address. At 7am the next day, I got an email from Tarnia assuring me the address was updated. My aunt received her absolutely stunning flowers, a beautiful candle and a card that day.

Having checked a large number of online sites I found that Alyssiums on Pirie provided the best selection at the most affordable and lowest price. I ordered the flowers after the 12 noon same day delivery and to my amazement they were nevertheless delivered that afternoon, with the flowers waiting for for my sister-in-law as she returned to her room from recovery. The flowers were exceptional and even the hospital staff commented that they were amongst the best that they had seen. As a result of the excellent service and quality of the flowers my brother next morning ordered flowers and they too were delivered on time and were excellent. barbara mikowski: I went into your shop today, so very appealing and inviting as I entered, just amazing.The stunning, beautiful, fresh huge range of flowers was just breathtaking.I didn't know where to look.The flower choice was so generous, so many varieties to choose from and some were not the common type, some I have never seen, very different to other florist's.This grabbed my attention.All were in fresh clean vases and in fresh clean water.The selection of potted plants is absolutely spectacular as well.What made it even more special and what made me decide to purchase my flowers from this store was meetingAnais, her greeting was so lovely and then being helped to decide what to get from her.Anais is the most beautiful person and defitenely knows her flower's and I could tell this job was just right for her as she has a beautiful energy which I could feel.She was calm, polite, so helpful, not pushy as she gave me time to think then when we chatted about a arrangement she gently offered some perfect added suggestions of what would work with what I wanted.It looked so beautiful.The arrangement Anais created, the way she wrapped them adding the soft tissue paper in the front and the little flower around the ribbon took my breath away because she put so much love and care into it.The combination of the variety and abundance of fresh flowers and Anais in this store definitely is a credit to the owner.I will be back.
