Piete247: A great location

Robert SMITH-CLARE: Nothing more chilled than walking around a botanic garden. This one has some great features - including a hot house with a giant lilly. There is also a museum of economic plants. Sounds dull? - we thought so too, but we went in and were enraptured by the place, were in there for nearly an hour. Why? If I describe it, it will sound dull so just give it a go.

Stacia Naomi Tholar: There are a few tall trees right at the entrance where you can see all these plump little bats hanging out. Quite the sight!

Marian Kelly: Really great park, lots of amazing trees and beautiful birds flying round.

Howard Nixon: I had 30 minutes to rest and found just how restful it really is.

Rob Wilhelm: Always a .magical escape from day to day living. Awesome

tbhersey tbhersey: Awesome place to relax. And take in the Wildlife

Julia Julia: The Adelaide Botanic Garden is a 51-hectare public garden at the north-east corner of the Adelaide city centre, in the Adelaide Park Lands. It encompasses a fenced garden on North Terrace and behind it the Botanic Park. Work was begun on the site in 1855, with its official opening to the public on 4 October 1857.

Vanessa Volar (Ness): Obsessed with this location, the bats, the greeny, the gardens, its everything, no wonder weddings and events get held here. Got engaged or asked to be and I was over the moon it was at the place...Playground: Not much theirRestrooms: PlentyDog-friendliness: Not the actual botanicPicnic area: Everywhere here

JM “HighwaterTrouser87” Asmolo: This Is a nice addition to Adelaide Botanic Gardens, Amazon Waterlily Pavillion has a large Amazon waterlily pads and the beautiful waterlily flowers. It has also have some South American forest plants like cacao, palm, ferns and other plants and saw some small fish on the pond. It is free to enter otherwise stated on the entrance door.

Arun Sobti: The Amazon water lily Pavilion exhibited an aptl example of a tropical garden giving such a soothing experience to the visitors who could not resist the temptation of taking photographs from various angles. Michael McRoberts: Lovely spot to enter, get out of the cold, and check out the lily!

Asara Senaratne: A warm and cosy pavilion housing water lilies. The pond is huge and showcases some nice white lilies. This place isn’t too large. Free entry at anytime. It’s built of glass, however it’s very warm even in winter. There’s a description of the lilies grown. There are some more plants around which I’m not sure of to name.

Hans Shanaka: A beautiful warm place.

John Kyle: Lovely place to visit.

Hd Tech World: awesome...

Ian C: Wonderful displays of waterlilies

Matthew C: Worth a visit. Amazing plants

Nick Blyth: Nice sized room with some giant lily pads in the area. Very humid though. There are some nice flowers on the lily pads if it’s the right season. The small lily pads add a nice contrast to the bigger ones along with the flowers. I would definitely recommend going there as there’s some info on the plants as well as some plants around the edge of the building.

Lu Liu: Amazon Waterlily in the greenhouse, with huge round leaves floating on the water. We saw the beautiful flowers here when spring came. Pretty cool!
