After being diagnosed I had many lunches that consisted of a handful of nuts and a piece of fruit or a salad, not that this is all bad but I was looking for a little more variety and the convenience that I was used to. I started baking a small range of products at home and supplying coffee shops and cafes until the demand outgrew my home kitchen.

Ruby's Organic Cafe is a terrific place to stop in to when you are in the lovely little town of Stirling. The coffee is quite nice, and the food is absolutely amazing! High quality ingredients with nice portion sizes. Great friendly staff. I will definitely be returning.

This is such a great little organic cafe, really cosy atmosphere. I really enjoyed how they have so many options: vegan, vegetarian, no caffeine, etc. also that they sell the products they use on the menu. I tried the turmeric latter & the crepes, both were very delicious! Also the service was really great, very helpful.
