At all times I have only experienced professionalism from the front desk and when having Xrays, ultrasound and cortisone injections. Have arrived early and sometimes have also started my appointment early. They do bulk bill at this branch as well and who doesn't appreciate that!

    Aaron: before finding Adelaide MRI and booking in my follow-up appointments there. Arrived at 3:55pm for a 4:00pm appointment, and was finished and back in my car by 4:20pm... and the technician performing my ultrasound explained things in much more detail than the other place. Best of all, this was bulk-billed, so my out of pocket expenses were zilch. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even when the place was quite busy.

I was allowed in with him he was offered ear buds and head phones and a mask and most important a blanket for comfort and warmth. Radiographer callMe out quickly and explain all the process in such a friendly manner. Really happy with the experience.Maybe just let the customer know that payment for parking is needed and the length of the procedure so parking can be paid accordingly l. As I finish 20 min later of my one hour parking, and kind of rush to my car to avoid fees, but rather than that everything was great.

    David Long: TELL YOUR DOCTOR TO REFER HERE - they bulk bill, they usually fit you in on the day you ring them and the service is great! A hidden gem!

They genuinely bulk bill, no hidden fees. The phone service was efficient and friendly, I was seen too timely, and the medical staff are beyond AMAZING. I was sent my report in time to give to my physio and able to go back for additional treatment on the same referral. It was easy, no back and fourth, no mucking around - cannot recommend enough.

    Michael Page: I've had guided steroid injections here into my spinal area that completely cured the inflammation pain in my lower back for several months, allowing me to get back to my life. Nothing else has ever allowed me to recover and exercise again. And they didn't charge me a cent, all bulk billed. That was several years ago though.

There was an absolutely amazing nurse in particular who was so warm and kind who comforted me and talked to me during the procedure and before I knew it, it was all over and didn't feel a thing!

Making an appointment easy, sms confirmation appreciated, parking at Wilson directly across the road, staff at reception Awesome, waiting room comfortable and blue, the first staff member that collected me from the waiting area fantastic, super relatable asked lots of questions, the Dr that did the injections was great and also an MTB cyclist.     Fariborz Arya Kia: I attended Jones radiology at Calvary hospital yesterday for a guided injection. First thing I noticed was how clean and organized everything was. It can compete with a 5star hotel. The procedure was well explained to me in advance making it easy to bear. The nurse accompanied me throughout the process. They give you the option of gap pay only and provide you with a paid envelope to send them the Medicare cheque by post. I highly recommend them 👍

The person who took my ultra sounds and then the doctor who attended to me in conjunction with these images were amazing. Personable, good communication and caring.     Derek Krause: This is a fantastic clinic. The people are passionate, professional and I can not recommend them enough. I have been for both an ultrasound and CT and had no trouble. This is a bulk billed service and far more relaxed than a high thoroughput place like a hospital and they are genuinely good at what they do.Cheers for the CT operator for chatting with me and as a bonus: Philips, the company who make electric shavers are in fact the same company that makes CT scanners. Go figure.

    Elizabeth: I've been experiencing severe pain in my hip for over a month and doctor referred me for a x-ray and ultrasound. They always have appointments available on the day or next day, I was seen immediately, got x-ray and ultrasound done and doctor and technician gave me a cortisone shot. I was done in an hour.
