I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

Kate Mcloughlin: This is the third year I've ordered from AHCT, and the tree was as gorgeous as ever. Even in the extreme heat this year the tree was fresh and bushy, and smelled divine. The delivery and pickup was painless, the price is excellent for what you're getting, and the team is great to deal with. I got the larger tree this year and it was so wonderful. I had it delivered at the end of November and it was only just starting to look a bit sad by New Year's Day - and even then probably only because we forgot to top up the water on one of the 40+ degree days. I definitely recommend this business, I'll be ordering from them this year too!

Our tree this year was equally as beautiful. It was a beautiful, well formed, well shaped, lush tree. Throughout this extremely hot weather that we've had across Adelaide this year, the tree still looked in really good condition, even when it was taken down on New Years Day. I am a definite convert to Adelaide Hill Christmas trees. They run a very professional company and the trees are the best I've seen in many many years and we have had a fresh tree every year for over 40 years. My daughter and her husband also purchased a tree through them over the last 2 years and they were equally as delighted as us.

Jenny M: This year marks our fourth year obtaining fresh Christmas tree and it’s our first time getting one from this particular farm. The abundance of choices made our selection process swift and at a very reasonable price. The people there were lovely and very helpful. We even encountered a slight hiccup when our van got stuck in the mud, but thankfully, a tractor came to our rescue.

For 6 years now we've enjoyed the family tradition of going to Santa trees Christmas tree farm, finding the perfect tree and yelling "TIMBER"!! when it comes down.Kevin and his family of Christmas elves are friendly and hospitable and make the venture into the Adelaide Hills a nice day.Prices slightly dearer than department stores but in my opinion the trees last longer as they're fresh that day and the whole experience is a days worth of fun for the family.

Avishka Gooneratne: 2 female staff members at the counter in the weekend were polite and patient. Only downfall was that the escalator wasn’t working and the walk up and down was very dangerous to the older people.
