I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

Mantis Kamakiri: Great toy shop. Not many toy shops around these days, it seems. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is always plenty to look at even if you're just wanting to browse. Lots of large Lego sculptures to look at too. Everything from toddlers toys to stuff for older kids like science kits and larger models. Even musical instruments like ukuleles!

I think if the company made it a 2 to 3 hour experience for kids they’d get a lot more business.It’s good fun for the kids, but probably expensive for most people.The machine was also broken, and the venue seems like it’s a little run down.

They listen to what you want & they are open to ideas & suggestions. The stuffies themselves are actually reasonably priced, as you can get them custom made according to what your level of huggability is, mine is firm, because I like mine to sit or stand on a shelf. I'd love to see Bluey come into Build-A-Bear, l would go nuts, LOL!Overall I give Build-A-Bear 5 Paws out of 5!

Claire Page: Really good range of toys. We were looking for crafty activities and jigsaw puzzles and they had a lot to choose from. They are all grouped well for different age levels. There are trolleys up the front to help you carry everything to your car. Lots of parking available since it is at the Gepps Cross shopping centre.

Grace couldn't of been more helpful and polite, they not only assisted me with the exchange no problem but also informed me of a very good deal I never knew I was entitled too. They was super happy to help 😊 I will definitely be going back to this store instead of my local one just for the excellent service

The ring was a gift +she gave me gift receipt.Second time, ring was for me, young staff on duty, rushed no warrantee or instructions given. Just sold ring! No tissue paper in bag, no care given just dropped box in bag!
