sonal sharma: We were pleased with the room and services that has been provided . Staff were very friendly and helpful . Yukti has assured that we have been taken care with all the baby needs as well .Rooms: Clean and spaciousWalkability: Great with public transport or taxi

Cathrine Durney: Lovely room very comfortable and the staff were friendly however the restaurant was closed and not serving which was quite an inconvenience after a long day working, the convenience of in house dining and the location is one of reasons I booked, I was also unable to get a receipt for my stay which I found a little strange. Lovely hotel not sure about 5 star status and price tag though

Andrae Carvalho: Food excellent, Staff very friendly and professional. Room service very good and all meals excellent quality and good portions. Parking is just 200 metres away self park,Rooms: Well furnished, very neat and clean. obviously staff take Great Pride in their jobs and working for this hotel and they are Happy too.

Bev Hanisch: Hello, we stayed here for my 70 th birthday. This establishment made my birthday extra special. I was treated with a bottle of Pinot noir and chocolates. The staff were very welcoming and our room was perfect. Jay K (Jhonny, Jono, Jay): This day and age I do not expect and am not use to waiting especially long check in and check out times, totally Bs do your job after Iโ€™ve left and donโ€™t make me sit and waste valuable time waiting for you to check the room and how itโ€™s been left. Certainly not the 5/6 star service we are use to!!For being brand new I would have expected more from pretty much everything except the view.

tracey kneebone: and the skybar wasn't open either.Walkability: Central to most of Adelaide and all public transport.

Cherry H: Absolutely incredible stay. Room was spacious and every detail was thoughtful. All the staff we interacted with were extremely kind and helpful, which of course made our experience really positive. Staff wheeled food when we ordered room service all the way in and helped us set it up, and our meals came with wonderful additions. Views are great no matter where you are in the building as well. Would recommend to everyone if theyโ€™re looking for great experience!

Heimy Molina: I cannot express how unbelievably amazing this place is โ€” the place of my dreams ๐Ÿฐโœจ Feels like youโ€™re in a peaceful, magical town in Europe. My partner and I flew in Adelaide from Sydney just to stay here. He also proposed to me here and I wouldnโ€™t have it in any other way. Kenneth and his wife are both so kind, accommodating, and passionate about their work and the whole place their passion is clearly reflected in the interior and exterior of the whole facade. Would definitely be back ๐Ÿ’ฏ Iโ€™m giving it an 11/10 if I can! โญ๏ธ Thank you for making our stay out of this world and for being so sweet. You guys have made our trip extra special with all that you have offered and the service that youโ€™ve shown. I think everyone should stay here at least once in their lifetime, such a magical place

Cleo Housego: Never stayed here, looks absolutely beautiful and clean, definitely a touch of royalty to our beloved hills. Will definitely be staying here sometime in the near future

Amber Barber: Staying at Thorngrove was a truly special experience. The grounds were immaculate and beautiful. The rooms and antique furniture was stunning and suited the estate perfectly. We appreciated the in room compendiumโ€™s with information regarding the local area, property, antiques and our specific suite. Adelaide was really hot the day we stayed but our entire suite, including the stairwell, was nice and cool, the perfect temperature. It was lovely to walk into some wonderful folk music playing upon entry. Great selection of CDโ€™s, games, DVDโ€™s and things to keep you entertained, we wish we had more time there. Having two bathrooms in a 1 bedroom suite was a great luxury. Ken & Nydia took wonderful care of us and made us feel like royalty. We loved chatting with Ken about the incredible property. The food was 10/10, amazing. Afternoon tea, 3 course dinner & our breakfast were all delicious, fresh & high quality. The love & care put into the experience by the hosts is evident. For us, absolutely worth the money and we will be back again. Thank you Thorngrove!

Anelis Jordan: Staying at Thorngrove Manor was a dream come true, pinch me Am I Dreaming kind of experience. From the very first email correspondence with Nydia to the warm welcome from Ken, Thorngrove Manor, far exceeded my expectations. I booked Thorngrove for a very special date with my partner and the experience did not disppoint. The attention to detail of this place is unmatched. Our 3 course organic dinner was delicious and lick the plate worthy. Chocolates and Port in the afternoon was a lovely treat and afternoon tea was made up of fresh and sumptuous morsels of yumminess. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was perhaps, the most magical and wonderful experience we have shared and one that we will never forget. Exemplary service provided by both Nydia and Ken, exquisite rooms filled with authentic antiques and phenomenonal dining awaits. Do yourself a favour and visit this unbelievable place. An absolute dream come true. Thank you both.

Bob McGilchrist: I officiated a wedding there... awesome grounds and a building straight out of Disney.. so much attention to detail. Truly incredible and a credit to the owners..

Elijah Kusa: Thorngrove Manor was truly a magic experience. The building holds sheer artistic and architectural brilliance. This was truly a priceless experience that I will cherish forever. I was captivated hearing the stories and memories of Thorngrove that was shared. Also, the breakfast and dinner was absolute perfection with the flavours and presentation. Thank you Kenneth and Nydia for designing and creating such a unique masterpiece. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Nathan djfn: Very beautiful hotel it is incredible

Miguel.S: If you really want to enjoy a place where let your imagination travel to the 18th century, this is a place to visit. Beautiful place with extraordinary decoration and very well explained by their owners. This is a place to enjoy the room with a nice bottle of wine, book and the right company. High value stay, but you have to live the experience.

Ayebraham Kay: Place is beautiful and well taken care off. service was great and they really made our engagement special.Big thanks to Nydia and Ken.

sue morris: and pop in for breakfast using your member card. Its worth it for the room alone.

patrick harrop: . Arrived back at hotel room at 10.30pm. While showering I could hear banging noises. Finished shower to noise of doorbell, banging on door and room phone ringing. Answered phone, it was front desk telling me to open the door for the room service I ordered. I advised I had not ordered anything from room service, so they checked and realised they had the wrong roomโ€ฆ surely the Sofitel staff could do this before they create unnecessary interuption and noise. Next morning I headed to Club Millesime at 9.45 am. Waited 10 mins for one of the staff to realise I was waiting at the โ€˜please wait to be seated signโ€™โ€™, only to be advised they stop serving breakfast at 10amโ€ฆit was Sunday! Why would any Sofitel stop breakfast at 10am on a weekend? 10.30 or 11am is the standard weekend time to end breakfast at most 5 star hotels. They did take my order for hot food however all buffet items were being cleared away. I have stayed at this hotel four times now and it appears understaffed and unable to offer a true 5 star experience.Rooms: Lowest air con temperature is not cold enough. Rooms. Always feel stuffy despite high fan and lowest temp setting.

Kelbec: Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms and super accessible to all areas of Adelaide city.Great view from my room and the bed was so comfortable.

Rich Smith: I was impressed with everything - would have liked a spa bath but other than that the venue excelled in every aspect.Food & drinks: great breakfast and small bar with cocktails etc

Michelle Triffett: I had the please of staying at the Sofitel as we were in town for our Annual Conference. The room was amazing. Clean, refurbished and comfortable l. Level 16 views were so pretty of a night. The bed and pillows were fab! The bathrooms are modern and it had everything you needed. The buffet was awesome, and the Omelette was outstandingโ€ฆ Will stay again โ˜บ๏ธ

Tony Goldenberg: The hotel is in a great location and valet parking is very easy. The hotel staff made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.Unfortunately this hotel is not quite capable to cater for young kids but if you are aware of this, you can plan and decide for yourself. Also the automatic blinds were driving us nuts, and kept on closing by themselves if the motion sensor in the room is not triggered.Hotel is very suitable for business traveler or a romantic weekend away.Rooms: Rooms are generally clean, perhaps a good carpet clean could be great and a good clean of the toilets or improving the ventilation could do the trickFood & drinks: Not much selection for young kids but otherwise is great.

Sarah Hudson: Clean, professional service and luxuriousRooms: Clean, spacious and luxuriousNearby activities: Shopping, restaurants, parks, riverWalkability: Close to everything

Joseph Rogers Campbell: Nice, modern rooms and bathrooms. A lil dusty in the corners...the only reason it wasn't 5 stars!

Vikki Simes: We stay here on the weekend for my birthday. Our first time at the Indigo and found it really great. Staff at the reception were lovely and friendly on arrival explaining everything to us even wishing me a Happy Birthday and 2 x free drinks. The room on the 11th floor was really cool and funky with a great view and the bed was very comfy. This hotel is in a fabulous location.I would definitely stay here again.

Lydia Moore: We LOVED our stay at Hotel Indigo. The staff could not possibly have been more accommodating and friendly, the room was clean, comfortable and beautifully styled and the location was so convenient. We used the valet service, which was affordable and took the fuss out of the checkout process. We will be recommending this hotel to any of our nearest and dearest travelling to ADL.

ThePublic -PHUKOL: We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The front desk staff were lovely and attentive. Had a great check-in ans check-out experience. The highlight of our stay was the amazing service from Phanthira from F&B. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made us feel so welcome.Walkability: Walking distance to Rundle Mall, Chinatown, Victoria Square, Tram Station

Ben Offord: First time experience was absolutely wonderful from the moment I walked in until the morning I hit the road with my very special takeaway breakfast. Food was absolutely outstanding "Pork & Apple Ravioli" coupled with plenty of local wines and the Staff....Wow!Thanks so much to Thira, Teea, Geraldine & Marissa, they made me feel like I was on my 10th stay, not my first given their personal touch.Very much recommend for all visiting Adelaide and I'm looking forward to visiting in Summer to enjoy the Roof Top Bar and Pool.Well Done Team.

Steve Tselekidis: We stayed at Indigo for the first time. From the moment we approached the front desk we felt the warmth from the staff. They were smiling, very detailed on explaining things and about the hotel itself - service was great! The roof top bar was awesome, cocktails and food were yummy. The rooms are hip, vibrant and funky, loved the front foyer. Awesome style.Keep up the good work and we most defiantly will be back.

Wayne Andrews: The Indigo is a cut above. The rooms are beautiful. If only they had applied some of that style in the restaurant. Donโ€™t let that stop you. Its one of the nicest rooms I have stayed inRooms: They are unique and remind you that you are on holidays

Tim Morgan: Honestly now when I travel to Adelaide for work I tell them to only book me here as the rooms are great, the staff are great and the location is awesome! I wake up and go to Central Markets and find breaky before heading to work. The restaurant on the bottom floor is fantastic italian and I can say I have now tasted every pasta dish and they are A1 top notch. See you guys again in 2 weeks! Also the 11 market street Cafe had the best coffee I have had in a long time

Renata Potoczky: We had a suite and found it extremely comfortable. You can really stay โ€˜inโ€™ with the rooftop bar, all day coffee , bar and dining down stairs, fitness centre and pool and rooms to hang-out in. We just felt that the waiting staff were not on top of things, our breakfast and coffee was cold on the Sunday and breakfast order incorrect on the Monday. Breakfast was yum but not their specialty. Roof top ambience is amazing, cocktails were awesome and tapas. The interiors were so vibrant, quirky yet cosy-attention to detail was amazing with layered lighting and indoor plant boxes. Itโ€™s not too busy too.Safety: Quiet and safeWalkability: Great quiet spot with the ability to walk all the way to Rundle Mall or North Terrace or you can catch the tram both ways or either way.

Gavin Day (GD): Had a major function here. Great location. They need to organise your bar staff and catering. The event ran out of coopers beer in 40 minutes. Then there was a shortage on other beers all night. Meals were excellent, though.A bit more training in table staff as they seemed to be disorganised. Alot of table service was missed.

Kathy Nygaard: For Mother's Day, my two beautiful daughters & families bought me a High Tea voucher. Their families also bought them one each, so we booked in today for 12noon. My first time visiting. What an amazing, beautiful place to have a High Tea, lunch, dinner or just a get together. Wonderful, well dressed, happy staff. We were taken to a warm pleasant room with an open window area. All rooms have a wood fire, so on this cold day, it was very cosy. Our food was presented beautifully & tasted amazing. The only criticism we had, was the thick coffee cups on a saucer was what we were going to drink our lovely tea from !! What happened to a china cup for tea ? Pots were also made of heavy pottery. For the price, it is good value but big points lost for this type of service. Must change for this high quality restaurant.

Michael Staska: Thank you so much for making mums last lunch a beautiful experience for her. Simone and the team made her experience just beautiful - pretty in pink forever. xxx Leanne and Mike Staska

andrea melville: Just spent the long weekend at Mt Lofty House . It was a special occasion.. a 60 th birthday celebration with a private dinner for 18 people . Everything was spectacularโ€ฆ the location .. the service .. the whole experience was above and beyond !! I really canโ€™t speak highly enough of the high calibre of the staff .I would award 10 stars if it was possible!!!

S G: Simply Magical! We are just back from a magnificent long weekend at Mount Lofty House. Mt Lofty House is a luxury hotel with many welcoming spaces to enjoy. Our rooms were beautiful and included everything you would expect in a luxury hotel. But what made our stay stand out is the 5 star service from the Mt Lofty House team. The staff made us genuinely feel welcome and that they were keen to deliver the long weekend stay we wanted. Our stay started with Shaun from Reservations putting together a package of activities and bookings tailored exactly to what we wanted to do. And then these happened effortlessly over the weekend. Thanks Shaun, it was a delight to work with you to put together our weekend. We loved the hotel history tour run by Chris, make sure you take it when staying. Chris made us feel very welcome anytime we saw him over the weekend. Thanks Chris, we are big fans of the champagne cocktails! Our weekend included some time at the fabulous Gatekeepers Day Spa. Thanks to Claire for an outstanding massage, it was the perfect way to end a day after walking in the Mt Lofty Summit national park nearby. We also want to say a big thank you to the staff in the Piccadilly Panorama breakfast restaurant who are delightful and made sure we enjoyed the delicious breakfast each day and the staff in the Hardy's Bar and Lounge for their warm service and tasty dinner. Staying at Mt Lofty House is a must-do luxury experience with all that the Adelaide Hills has to offer on your door step.

Matthew Yong-O'Gorman: It's a bit dated now, but still a very beautiful hotel.

Stephie Borgford: I recently stayed at Hilton Adelaide and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy, ensuring a great nightโ€™s sleep. The view from my room was amazing, adding to the overall experience. The hotelโ€™s central location is a major plus, with Chinatown just a few steps away and plenty of food options nearby. Itโ€™s truly an amazing property, perfectly situated for exploring the city. I highly recommend Hilton Adelaide for anyone looking for a comfortable, centrally-located stay with excellent service!

Lee Waters: Really great central location. Right next to tram station and literally round the corner from the excellent central market. Other than that a standard corporate hotel.Decent, consistent offer. Nothing to criticise, but not much to write home about either.Walkability: Right in heart of CBD, all main servjces and attractions accessible by foot

Jonathan Hu: .

Aldo Mario: Very strategic place in very middle of CBD Adelaide that close to everywhere and every bis stop to anywhere, Rooms is very nice as we get 13th floor that can see beautiful scenery of Adelaide city and service is marvellous from check in process, breakfast, using the facility such as Gym, Tennis court and swimming pool!Totally recommended and we're looking forward to be back!

Richard Cunningham: The Hilton is well located by the free tram that will take you to the city mall, stadium, art gallery, wine museum, and market etc. Perfect. The whole friendly staffing team did their job and each in their own way contributed to a great stay. The rooms, the food, and service was top draw. I will definitely stay there next time in town and recommend it.Rooms: Well set up and clean.Nearby activities: Located to provide access to most Adelaide must do's.Safety: Never felt unsafe. A great city.Walkability: Could walk to most things.....the central market is super close and then there is the free tram.Food & drinks: The hotel provides great food and a great range of wines which is what I enjoy.Noteworthy details: The staffing team.

Roaming Bush Barbie: I wasn't particularly impressed with this hotel. The rooms are a shocker!!! Really outdated and unclean, certainly not a 5 star accommodation if the rooms are anything to go by. There are way too many staff at the reception but only one serving at a time so the lines go check in are long. Despite the staff being nice I found the $100 a night for bond off putting and I was super annoyed when I saw the type of room I got for that amount and bond. The location was great and the buffet breakfast was really delicious however I wouldn't be staying here again not for that rate or bond.

Ngoc Nguyen: Good hotel ๐Ÿจ

subas subedi: Located in the heart of Adelaide with a spectacular view of the town. Very comfortable and a magnificent place for a family to spend couple of nights during your travel. Donโ€™t forget to enjoy the Breakfast, itโ€™s very effective especially when youโ€™re on your way back home.Rooms: Spacious room with a nice view.Walkability: You can walk around the block and enjoy your evening. Super close to Markets and Mall. Fantastic value for money.Rooms: Kitchen, bathroom with laundry facilities, separate lounge with TV and dining room table. Large bedroom with King bed.Walkability: Easy access to trams, mall and markets all just minutes away

Donna Newman: First time staying at the Adina apartments and I say I definitely recommend. The rooms were excellent, comfortable, balcony overlooking a courtyard. Explored and found an indoor pool and gym with equipment in good condition. Even had a Cafe for breakfast which I recommend. All for. Good price, Adina will be high on the list to go back

Angelina Freckelton: Very convenient location. ~5min walk to the Central Market and ~10min walk to Rundle Mall. One of the free city buses stop is just around the corner and near the tram line.Really good apartment for a family to stay at.If we ever go to Adelaide, we will probably stay here again.Rooms: Very quiet. Didn't hear much of the outside noise. In my room, we only heard the washing machine/dryer from the floor above. Nothing from the rooms next door.Mattress was slightly hard for my liking.Food & drinks: Best room service wedges ever! My son was obsessed with them. We ordered it a 2nd time.

J: Good location, nice staff, well presented and clean. Lovely buffet breakfast with coffee machine and a solid selection of food to choose from. Rooms are pretty basic, housekeeping kept making up my room even when I put the sign on the door not to which was weird. Also weird is that the toilet/shower is separated from the rest of the room by glass and while the middle is opaque for privacy, it does mean that if someone gets up for a wee in the middle of the night the whole room lights up like the light of day.

Paul Goff: insist on taking a $50 charge is incredulous. To boot Ibis have failed to reimburse my $50 and if I hadn't have checked my credit card statement would have been none the wiser as I had swiped and checked out at the hotel and was advised that a refund was coming. The breakfast is overpriced at $34 and psychologically forces you to eat way more than you need to. And it doesn't even come with a decent coffee

Shaun: Good: very well priced for location etc, dinner menu - food was amazingBad: location makes it a little noisy, house keeping burst in without really knocking, a dry bug in the bed, key card did not work on multiple occasions. Breakfast is the same everyday and a bit boring - actually it was the exact same as it was 2 years ago when I visited.

Susanne Carter: I enjoyed my stay here but it would have been nicer if I hadn't had to ask the cleaner at 8am to not yell on the corridors so waking me up, or if there had been more instruction about the silly egg ordering process, or if they remember to update your keycard if you have asked for an extra hours room use. I found the staff and management 'aloof' towards their customers. Professional is good, aloof is not so.

Sienna (Sienna): The beach was very beautiful and it was so close, and it was great to have a bar and a restaurant in the hotel!Food & drinks: So yummy

Sandy Philps: The service here was amazing. The staff very friendly and attentive, a glass of bubbles on arrival, bags removed from car and taken to your room. The buffet breakfast was good and dinner in the Promenade very tasty.we had the arancinii and the lamb shoulder.Bed was very comfortable and the reasonably clean but the chairs in room 602 were very grubby.Apart from that, great place to stay.

The city is dead at night, so I could sleep with an open window even though my room faced the street. Free parking after 6pm in the streets around the hotel. The restaurant is only open for dinner from Thursdays. Didn't sample the breakfast but the coffee is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I got a good rate for my stay, their rack rate is very high though. Booking direct through their website seems the best option.

Natalia: Amazing experience. First time in Adelaide for a holiday and I would highly recommend this hotel. Great location. You can walk to shops and restaurants. Room was very clean. Great food at the restaurant Special mention to Sweety, Anani, and Pur for their exceptional customer service. They made me feel welcomed and were very helpful.. even putting up with my silly humour. Thank you for a great stay. Iโ€™ll be back ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Paolo Paternesi (Paolino64): Beautiful, elegant, extremely helpful and kind staff, huge rooms even with two double beds, bathroom with shower and toilet in separate rooms... In short, Adelaide is a super lively city and the Majestic really offers excellent accommodation.Rooms: Very spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort.

Samantha Warr: . The shower was large, so If you're a tall person, you'll be right. The only negative, I was lucky to get a good deal for 3 nights. However, If you had to pay the full price, would be quite more expensive than some of the hotels in the area.I would be interested in staying here next year for the beach volleyball world championships.

Breakfast each morning to start the day had a wide choice from basic continental to full 'big brekky' plus coffee & juice. Evening menu was varied as well. A memorable, comfortable stay. Thank you.Walkability: Shops just over the road for last minute travel needs.

Julian Lee: We dined in the restaurant and the food was of good quality and value for money. The meal sizes were more than I expected with the entrees about thesize of a main course. I couldn't enjoy the main course as much as I liked to.

Lynette Popovic: Nice meal and always lovely to look out over the water

Ian White: We go every year for our birthdays and wedding anniversary, great place to stay.

Vicki: Centrally located close to Rundle Mall and public transport this is a great location to stay. The girl at check in was really helpful and even marked key locations for us on the map and answered our questions about transport etc. Apartment was well appointed, quiet, clean with good linen and beds.Rooms: Great linen and beds.Nearby activities: Walking distance to Rundle Mall, Public transport and restaurants.Safety: A busy street with bars, but did notfeel unsafe. Millers is very security conscious with keys and fobs.Walkability: Key entertainment venues, restaurants and transport in walking distance.Food & drinks: A number of great food and drink choices in the vicinity.

Caleb Bierton: EDIT - unfortunately I had quite a negative experience the last time I stayed at this place which impacted the review which I left previously. It was largely due to inconsiderate guests in a near by room and nothing due to the staff or the establishment.I raised the issues upon departure last time, and I am glad to see that they have been dealt with promptly and effectively. The location for Miller apartments is unbeatable in Adelaide. The staff are fantastic, very approachable and professional.Rooms are very clean and well equipped.Car park is quite tight, but very secure.I will be a regular customer here.

Carriann Jane Shaw: The hotel is conveniently located, being in walking distance of the casino, convention centre, zoo, botanic gardens, Rundle Mall, and Adelaide markets.Spend some time taking with the wonderful front desk staff and they can provide recommendations on walking trails, art galleries and restaurants. The rooms are a little older but clean and we find the housekeeping team incredibly accommodating. We keep coming back because we are treated like family and look forward to our stay each month.

christine Hocquette: We particularly liked the kindness and availability of the staff at reception who helped us find a solution to get to Cape JervisThank you so muchThe apartment was very comfortable and very well locatedVery clean and very quiet. Comfortable

Hossein J: that operated 24 hours a day. Despite requesting a room on the top level with a good view, our room was on level 2 and faced an unsightly carpark.

Laurent Dion: Our apartment was clean and luxurious although quite dark despite being on the 4th floor. The location is perfect in the city center near the pedestrian area and many restaurants. The reception staff are professional and efficient, not forgetting the people who do the cleaning, all very friendly. When the building was designed, a second elevator would have been a good idea.

Diane B: Great central location. Less than a block from Rundle Mall and the Hope on Hop Off Tourist Bus. Rooms are in good repair and very clean. The building has a lift. The kitchen had crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware, a microwave, hot plates and a medium sized fridge/freezer. The living area has a couch, plus a coffee table, desk and chair.

Tee Fevaleaki: Our very first trip to Adelaide and my husband had planned a lovely short getaway. He booked a room at the Millers apartment and the service from the staff was absolutely amazing. They had messaged us a few days before in preparation for our arrival and asked us for any requests we had. My husband replied requesting a high floor and early check-in. Understandably these things can't be confirmed until arrival however we got to the room at 1pm and the lovely Tanisha greeted us and advised our room was ready and that our room had been UPGRADED to one of their suites on the top floor as my husband let them know we were celebrating my birthday there. I was so appreciative of the kind gesture! When we got to our room, it was perfect. And to my surprise a complimentary bottle of wine and beautiful chocolates with a sweet happy birthday message was left on the kitchen table. Sooo thoughtful!! The apartment was spacious for the 2 of us. The fluffy robes and slippers were a beautiful touch too and I was very excited there was decent coffee and tea in the room too. None of this Nescafe stuff that we usually find.Thank you sooo much Tanisha and Millers Apartment for an enjoyable stay !Noteworthy details: They have a list of items you can request and they are more than happy to supply. Some are complimentarySome you can borrowSome can be provided for a small feeLovely touch! Especially for us as we were there when the weather was not on our side and they have a number of umbrellas you can borrow which we really appreciated! They also have hair ties, bobby pins and toothbrush as complimentary items just to name a few from that list. You have thought of it all. Could not fault anything.THANK YOU!
