Whilst I was there he spent extra time talking me through various items and components expertly. I figured the store was short staffed - hopefully management will read this note. Good people are hard to find, Trevor could deal with some support? Lexi, a staff member, provided exceptional service and offered honest opinions on paint-related queries. Max and Maria at the Goods Return counter were also incredibly helpful and courteous, making my experience at Bunnings even more enjoyable.

Tee Jay: Loading the vehicle for a trip tomorrow when the 12v Engel lead wasn’t working. Horror! Thinking that the fault was either the 2nd battery power box, the Engel lead or the fridge, I went over the Alberton BCF to see if I could test run new leads. The staff were sensational, trying various leads and adapters in unsuccessful attempts to fix it, when it was suggested by one that it might be the fuse. Checked that at home and that was it. In my panic I’d overlooked the obvious. Instant relief and my trip is back on track and the beers will be cold. Very helpful, as always - thanks.

hugo maiolo: If no other hardware has it you can bet bunnings does o need a wheelchair ramp after some lowlife stole mine and bunnings had the exact same one I purchased 10 years ago and it was almost half the price I paid then so some things do come down in price
ahura sim: Staff are always asked a bazzilion questions yet they remain polite, Refunds are taken care of really well.Update 2024 :Accidentally balanced some stepping stones poorly on the trolley today and upon pushing the trolley over some spilled gravel they came off and broke, The staff were kind and did not charge me for it, I was really shook up cause I was already having a blood sugar low and was stressed out, Made such a difference to me coping.
