Rachel Phelps: Great showroom & they have some great idea's. Ordered 2 cupboards, folding table & a expensive office chair. Had issues ordering, delay in delivery of the cupboards & table. When they arrived we wanted them ensembled they arrived partially ensembled & the wooden cupboard we had to pay full price in the end so was expecting a brand new item but all the shelves had collapsed & now are damage, has stickers over it & not easily removed. The chair is not the one we wanted & will be taking it back on monday

Diana So: I was looking to replace the gas lift on my chair but didn't actually end up buying through these guys as there was a supplier closer to home that I was able to buy from and save on shipping. However, I would not have managed to do that if not for the information and advice they were able to give me. I emailed them with the little information I had, and they called me to go through in detail exactly what it was that i would need, and even suggested several other places closer to me that i could approach as it would save me from having to spend on shipping. I have no hesitations in recommending these guys!

I heard correctly and ended up purchasing some reasonably priced authentic looking plants for the home. It was a Saturday and the store was busy, so it was a little difficult to get the attention of staff, but when I was greeted, the service was excellent. It was hot in the store and I think the air conditioning was not working.

The only reason we chose Pfitzner Furniture was because it was made not only in Australia but in South Australia. The quality of the finished product is superb. My only criticism is that in 16 weeks waiting for the furniture to be made we heard nothing from Pfitzner. The only time we had contact it was initiated by me. It would have been more assuring if we received a monthly update by email.

Dave Sampson: Pfitzner Furniture did an amazing job of designing & installing our custom floor-to-ceiling bookshelf in our lounge/dining area. They listened to our ideas, matched colours with our existing paintwork, and even designed a beautiful sliding ladder & rail in natural timber. The installation went really well, and they even made some suggestions for alterations to tie the bookshelf in with our room better at the ceiling.If you're after excellent customer service, design & workmanship, I can't recommend Pfitzner Furniture highly enough!

It has fitted into our new downsized retirement accomodation beautifully.The staff in the store were very helpful and took the time to plan where our furniture would fit from the plan of our appartment.The contact with the staff was excellent and they kept us up to date with progress and delivery of our furniture.They were also able to bring the delivery forward to suit a birthday function we were holding.
