Bruce Adams: One year ago Andrew performed a Laminectomy on me to cure severe sciatica. I was cured instantly and have not had even a twinge of pain since. A very pleasant and brilliant man with a delightful office manager, Judy. Thank you both.
Allan Smith: Extremely happy with Adelaide Neuro.I experienced a herniated disc and required microdisectomy.From the get go Dr Zacest was proactive and very approachable, understanding and professional.The procedure was carried out without any hiccup, and recovery is just as he said it would be.Judy his office manager is an absolute gem. She knew all the exact channels to navigate and sort out what needed to be done efficiently and swiftly.There were no hassles, delays or setbacks whilst navigating this workcover journey to recovery. Which I was expecting.Totally recommend getting referred to this A team!
Sean Buchanan: Judy and the Doc are both amazing. I note other reviews about the Doctor's 'bedside manner' and his lack of social grace. I somewhat understand those points, but I'm okay with it. I was there because I was in significant pain. The doctor and Judy worked their magic to get me an emergency MRI, hung around until about 6pm to wait for the results and see me again, and then managed to get me into surgery the next day. The Doctor very clearly and precisely told me what would be fixed and what he wasn't going in to fix. Despite the clarification both were fixed, and post surgery my quality of life has improved incredibly. I wasn't there to make friends, I was there to seek resolution to a problem, which the Doc gave me. My deepest thanks to both Judy and Dr. Zacest.

Pam: In March 2023 Dr Zacest performed spinal surgery on me after long suffering sciatic painI had immediate relief and an uneventful recovery - then 9 weeks post op I commenced 14,000km of travel though the Kimberly鈥檚 and WA with many gorge walks and dime corrugated roadsI am so pleased to report I managed this pretty well and any discomfort soon settledI am so grateful for the skill and expertise of Dr Zacest you truely have made a different to my QOLI am now doing my best to maintain my fitness and strengthA big thankyou to Judy , you are so efficient bright and friendly
Christine Lyas: in September last year.I went in a bit scared but woke up pain free and underwent a straight forward recovery. I returned to full time teaching 6 weeks later.This year I am full-time Specialist Health and Physical Education Teacher with no reminder at all of the searing nerve pain that I experienced post injury, and that prevented me from sleeping.I have also fallen in love with Reform Pilates which I attend 3 - 6 times per week since Jan 2023.I have no back or sciatica pain and only some numbness in the left foot and leg as the residual outcome.Thank you again Dr Zacest, for giving me back my quality of life - for me personally and for my family.Judy, your office manager is so kind and helpful, which made a pretty scary and painful injury as manageable as possible. Dianne Passmore: I was Fortunate to be recommended to Dr Andrew Zacust I had been suffering with trigeminal neuralgia for about 10 years had two unsuccessful MVDs and from the first point of call when I received a phone call from the wonderful receptions Judy regarding making my appointment I was able to get in the next day and within the next week, I was actually in hospital having surgery. I had radiofrequency surgery and I am after a week after the surgery I am totally pain It is the best Christmas present I could鈥檝e ever got Dr Zacust was wonderful through out the whole experience, explaining to me in detail what the surgery was and what I was to expect afterwards and then I received a phone call from him within a week to check on how I was going. I could not recommend him any higher.
Kris Smith: I recently had Microvascular decompression surgery for a very debilitating condition Trigeminal Neuralgia. I found Dr Andrew Zacest to be extremely kind and professional. He explained everything in detail and I knew I was in the right hands. I had been in alot of pain for 18 months and on various medications that didn't help the condition at all. I am so grateful I found Dr Zacest and his wonderful Receptionist Judy. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me. I had a very successful operation and feel like I have my life back. I'm completely pain free and couldn't of wished for a better result.

He explained in detail the procedure and answered all our questions in a caring and professional manner. John Tregea: Being treated by Assoc Professor Andrew Zacest isn't just about one or two visits it is a journey that you go on with him and a team of professionals. I had been affected by a very bad tremor for 40 years and virtually every Neurologist I saw gave me a different diagnosis. This team gave me the correct diagnosis and then calmly went ahead snd eliminated about 99% of it.I was told that people may have different outcomes and that is probably so but for the first time in 40 years I can drink a cup of coffee straight from a cup. It's the little things that make a day special and this team gave me plenty of laughter and care while undertaking something that literally changed my life.

Hilary Brookes: Absolutely fantastic experience. After suffering from severe back pain for many months, I discovered I had a rare tumour growing in my spinal cord. I was referred to the amazing Professor Zacest by my GP who highly recommended him and she wasn't wrong! Professor Zacest successfully removed the tumour and I immediately felt relief from the severe pain I had suffered prior to surgery. He is caring, communicated well and visited me in hospital every day for the week I was there. Most importantly he fixed me. His receptionist Judy is delightful. I totally recommend!
