Greg (altotude): I can't recommend this practice highly enough. Very professional staff from reception to Specialists. All the clinical staff I have had interaction with have been both expert at their jobs and also caring for their patients needs at every level.

These two young ladies gave an excellent "customer service" and were delightful and efficient and professional throughout my visit to the STU on 17/06/2024. My personal experience was nothing less than professional excellence from the first consult to the robotic procedure all managed with calm skill and a professional dedication throughout the journey. I can not recommend DrAndrew Fuller and his exceptional team high enough. Emily at the nurses station is a joy and the difficulties we all imagine undergoing this treatment seemed to be lessened by the confidence and goodwill of all .. if there was a six star rating available I would be ensuring the team at South Terrace would be rated at this level
Trish Ward: over the last 7 yrs of stent change procedures x7.I have had no problems and have always been put at ease and found Andrew Fuller so friendly and professional.Until my stent change procedure on 18th Jan 24..procedure went well as always..but 3 days later I was in chronic lower back pain.after numerous ct scans and trips into emergency an MRI diagnosed discitis/osteo mialiytis.I have up to now lost 2 months of my life in pain.in hospital for 1wk with picc line fitted and daily antibiotics infused daily for 38 days.I am still not out of the woods yet w/o the antibiotics by tablets ongoing until infection has gone.Drs are fairly certain this bacteria infection was as a result of my procedure in Jan.I just needed to bring it to someone's attention.trish ward
