Rob Jones: I ordered online and had the items inside the hour, my expectation was allowing for postage time, I was not expecting a personalised delivery, I am quite close to the shop. This is my second purchase the first time was in store, I got the right mix for what I was doing, recovery has been smooth and without loss. I am using the Pro gain as a breakfast at half recommended. I gained 4 kgs in my first week, I haven't gained much since but that wasn't the aim, the aim was recovery and not feeling hungry till lunch also tastes great. I need to be disciplined it's easy to think about adding more per serve. Appreciated the speed and the customer service.
