Anna: It was good, however the recipe could be improved. I made the Christmas eclairs. we used white chocolate on top which is just too sweet for some people so I think having the option to choose between the type of chocolate you put on top would be a good idea. Another way to improve it would be by making the instructions for the custard more clear to avoid over cooking it and making a chunky custard. It was hard to tell if the heat was correct and I think that the custard was a section where everyone required a bit more guidance. Overall, the course was fun and I learnt some tips to improve my cooking.

The entire experience was incredible for start to finish and to top it off the food was absolutely incredible and left completely satisfied, highly reccomend as a gift to give someone or just an experience worth trying.

Angela Aschberger: My kids always enjoy classes here, and it's helpful to have the recipe afterwards to be able to recreate the food at home. I love that they get to try new foods and learn kitchen skills like proper knife technique, etc. The ability of the teaching chefs to adapt to the different ages of children in the classes is really great, and means the older kids can be extended while the younger ones still learn the basics.

Diane O'Leary: I attended two cooking classes with Yukiko and Daniel and had a wonderful time at both classes. The recipes were explained in detail and plenty of opportunity to get hands on. My main reason for going to an Asian style cooking school was to learn more about blending the different sauces and what dishes they were best used in and this was covered extremely well. The other people attending the classes were great fun and really good company. I would highly recommend these classes.Nearby activities: Plenty of things to see and do in the Adelaide Hills region even in winter

VKNY: Our stay at this luxury accommodation was simply perfect for a weekend getaway. The interior was stunning, and we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touch of a 'welcome hamper' filled with local foods. Every aspect of our stay felt like a dream, and for a moment, we completely forgot we were in Adelaide. Instead, it felt like we had been transported to a cozy cabin in Japan. The overall experience was amazing, and we're already looking forward to coming back again in the future.

Colin Clarson: I only attended the cooking school, but what a treat it was. It was my first cooking school experience and I was the only solo attendee, but the rest of the group made me very welcome. We cooked 4 courses in groups of 6 or 7 in my case. The Chef Yuki was very lively and entertaining, you top the session of sitting down for your own banquet and if I say so myself it was delicious, would highly recommend this business to anyone .... I will be going back for more classes in the future.

Jubayed khan Dipu: I don’t how to express my gratitude towards this collage. Dhaman is the most cool headed, understanding and helping minded owner. The way he tries to help students to reach their goal, is unbelievable. All the staff members have the same mindset as well. They don’t want to get your money out of your pocket and waste your time unlike the other institutions. I was struggling in another colleges but here at MVC I found what I always needed. If anyone feels like your institution is not being understanding of your situation as n international student and using the opportunity to rip you off then please join here

But here the level of quality of teaching material is really impressive. Teachers are always ready to help, I was never refused, although I always had 1000 questions. The atmosphere in the college is pleasant, also the owner of the college will be happy to advise if needed. Many people of different nationalities from all corners of the world study at the college, and so studying the cuisines of the world becomes even more interesting. And I liked the practical classes in the kitchen. It was always very interesting and informative. And teachers really know restaurants trends from future. Well, that's how the stars aligned, that it was here that I found real friends, and most importantly - I found here my soulmate❤

Fraser: Fun cooking class experience. I think this is more of an activity than a learning type class. Something to bring your friend along to for fun. I felt like the classes themselves were quite fast-paced, difficult to keep up with. But i had a lot of fun and really loved getting a chance to cook in a professional kitchen.

All courses had matching beverages which were very generous pours. Food delicious, portion size on the small side but we all left the event content. Highly recommend if they hold it again in the future.

Five different dishes over three courses with matched wines as usual, two young chefs showing how to prepare all recipes sharing tips and tricks for stressing less while preparing for Christmas entertaining. Both classes were absolutely wonderful, and I’ll be sure to be back. The instructions were simple and easy to follow, and the recipes absolutely delicious. I have already recreated one of them back at home and it turned out exactly right - super happy with that. We also loved the cocktails by Prohibition Gin during our Gin & Tapas class. Over the past year, I have learned a lot about being a chef, combining theory with kitchen practice. My teacher Anthony is very responsible. He provides us with additional knowledge during class and occasionally makes jokes. I really enjoyed the year and am very grateful to my teacher for his instruction.
